For more than 25 years, Becky Levin has worked at the intersection of policy, systems, and people—helping organizations navigate complex policy environments and turn ideas into meaningful change.
With 15 years of experience working directly on Illinois legislative, budget, and administrative policy, Becky understands how policy actually moves: from an idea, through development and advocacy, into implementation. Her experience spans government, health care, human services, and nonprofit organizations, giving her a broad perspective on both how policy is made and how it affects people and organizations on the ground.
Becky believes the strongest policy solutions are developed with—not simply for—the people and communities they affect. Effective policy work requires listening, sharing power, building relationships, and understanding the perspectives of people working within systems as well as those navigating them.
She founded Levin Policy Strategies to bring that experience and perspective directly to organizations working to improve health and human services in Illinois. Levin Policy Strategies partners with organizations to develop effective policy solutions, build the relationships and strategies needed to advance them, and ensure that enacted policies translate into meaningful results.
